He is the founder of the Shin Dao Institute™ and co-founder of Best U Can B Inc. His Shin Dao philosophy encourages people to develop the body, inspire the mind, open the heart, elevate the spirit, grow their abundance, and embrace their warrior spirit.
Neil has completed three full marathons and several half-marathons. He understands that meaningful accomplishments are rarely achieved through inspiration alone. They are built one step, one decision, and sometimes one stubborn kilometre at a time.
